Thirty-eight-year-old Vardges Pananyan, who has been diagnosed with liver cancer, desperately needs a transplant.
Vardges was injured in a 1993 explosion in Martakert and hasn't been able to walk since.
He lives with his mother. The two survive on a mere 26,000 AMD per month.
