On May 30, the Kapan police division received an alarm that the body of Hrant Tsaturyan (born in 1927) had been found in his apartment.
Police took measures and found that resident of Vorotan village, Karen Navasardyan (born in 1983 and sentenced three times) had beaten and tortured Tsaturyan to death.
The police officers from the Syunik province and Kapan searched, found and arrested Karen Navasardyan in Yerevan, reports the RA Police press service.
