Earthquake hits Armenia

A magnitude 2.4 earthquake hit 17 km northeast of the Armenian city of Artashat at 7:47 a.m. local time.

The quake measured 3 magnitudes in the epicenter, with the hypocenter being at the deapth of 5 meters.
