On February 4 at 15:30, the representatives of the employment agency located at Mashtots Avenue in Yerevan called the police and informed that someone had stolen the agency secretary's mobile phone.
Police officers took measures and found out that the thief was Vardan Gevorgyan (born in 1969), who has been sentenced 12 times. Gevorgyan was arrested on February 10.
Preliminary investigation is underway.
