Tomorrow the first instance court of Kentron and Nork-Marash districts will examine the appeal filed by relatives of those who were killed during the events of March 1 in two different trials.
The victims' relatives and their advocates had appealed to the court in early April with the demand to have the investigators and prosecutors working.
As their advocate Artak Zeynalyan told "A1+", they had filed four appeals and were notified of the trials for three of them.
"We don't have word of the fourth appeal. The court still hasn't decided whether it will examine David Petrosyan's appeal on Zakar Hovhannisyan's murders," said Zeynalyan.
Tomorrow at 10 a.m. the court will examine the appeal filed by the relatives of Grigor Gevorgyan, Hovhannes Hovhannisyan and Samvel Harutyunyan who were killed on March 1.
At 11:30 the court will examine the appeals of relatives of Tigran Abgaryan, while the appeals filed by relatives of Tigran Khachatryan, Armen Farmanyan and Gor Kloyan will be examined on April 19 at 4:30 p.m.
Let us remind that Artak Zeynalyan had filed an appeal-protest to put an end to the inactivity of the Special Investigative Service months ago, but the prosecutor's office denied the appeal and qualified it as groundless.
Artak Zeynalyan did not receive any detailed explanations for denial. Not only is the Kentron district court examining the inactivity of the Special Investigative Service, but the prosecutor's office as well.
