The Armenian Sambo Federation has announced the ten best Armenian sambo wrestlers, coaches and referees.
Vachik Vardanyan, bronze winner of European Championship and silver winner of World Championship was named the best sambo wrestler of 2009.
He is followed by Ashot Danilelyan, bronze winner of World Cup and World Championship and Zhanna Vardanyan, bronze winner of European Championship, Vahan Hovhannisyan, David Khachatryan, Artavazd MIansyan, Martin Mirzoyan, Aramayis Margaryan, Tigran Kirakosyan and Mher Kirakosyan.
Samvel Avdalyan was named the best coach of the year and Eduard Aslanyan the best referee.
