"A1+"'s source says the criminal case instigated in relation to the incident that took place at Harsnakar Restaurant has been sent back to the RA Police at RA Police Chief Vladimir Gasparyan's request.
According to our source, what frustrated the police chief was the decision to send the criminal case to the investigative service of the RA Ministry of Defense. The decision has been revoked by the assignment of the RA Prosecutor General.
According to Article 190 of the Criminal Procedure Code, the case was supposed to have been sent to the Ministry of Defense, if one of the culprits was a military officer. However, in this case the military officers are the victims, whose health condition is still critical.
At the moment, only employees of Harsnakar Restaurant have given testimonies.
We remind that three military doctors were beaten during a June 17 incident at Harsnakar Restaurant and are currently at the hospital.
The Chief Investigative Department of the RA Police has been assigned to conduct the preliminary investigation.
According to "A1+"'s source, there will be arrests today.
