For the City Council election to be held on May 5, only one observation mission has been registered in the Central Election Commission. It's the "Electoral Systems Center" organization, which will have 60 observers during the elections.
The accreditation of observers will be implemented in CEC no later than 10 days prior to the on election day, that is in the period of February 21-April 25. And the voting registration will be implemented not earlier than 45 and no later than 35 days ago, that is, since March 21 to 31.
What regards to the electoral polling stations, their formulation has already ended on March 21. In fact, the election day, May 5, has been appointed by the decision of RA government on February 14.
Pre-electoral campaign will start the subsequent 7-th day of the last day anticipated for the registration, taht is April 7 - May 3. Candidates, political party or party alliance can appeal for self-resignation till April 25.
