The Constitutional Court announced the decision on the common case of presidential candidates Raffi Hovannisian and Andrias Ghukasyan.
The Court left in force the decision of the Central Election Commission's decision on February 25, thus recognizing Serzh Sargsyan as RA president.
Note, that the candidates required to annul the decision of the Central Election Commission, due to which Serzh Sargsyan was recognized as RA president.
Meanwhile, CC considered invalid voting results and the number of voters of No. 17/05 polling station.
According to the decision of the Constitutional Court the election results of No. 17/05 polling station can not be reliable.
The materials related to that polling station should be sent to the prosecutor's office.
