Serzh Sargsyan, regional governors, community heads have organized the elections, not the corresponding bodies due to law. The authorities as well confessed this headed by Serzh Sargsyan. In Freedom square "Heritage" faction leader Ruben Hakobyan stated that fact. According to him, there were ballot stuffing, falsified elections.
Referring to the negotiations with the government, he mentioned that Serzh Sargsyan's meeting with Raffi Hovannisian in the presidential residence was as Serzh Sargsyan wished , since the organizer had told that they were not ready for open discussion.
Raffi Hovannisian did not refuse the second meeting with Serzh Sargsyan, saying that he would be ready for open and closed discussion, but he would not stop the hunger strike in Freedom square.
