Head of Armenian president's staff yesterday called Raffi Hovannisian to officially invite him to a meeting with Serzh Sargsyan, press secretary of Armenia's President, Armen Arzumanyan, told Yerevan-based Panorama.am.
"We regret to say that Mr Hovannisian refused to meet and hold a detailed and comprehensive discussion of all issues. We are hopeful that Mr Hovhannisian properly evaluated the situation and is sober enough to realize the threats of his de-facto rejection," said Mr Arzumanyan.
