An increase in men's infertility is observed in Armenia. The head of the Department of sexology of the Medicine University, sexologist Sevada Hakobyan stated that fact in the meeting with reporters.

She pointed several factors that affect the reproductive health, such as environmental conditions, the presence of heavy metals and abnormal usage of food.

Sexologist also conditioned the infertility factor with the 90s stress provoking factors. "Generally, in infertility both the male and the female factors exist. There are cases when even the best researchers can not determine the cause of infertility",- Sevada Hakobyan said.

He also reminded: "Infertility is considered when the couple lead a sexual life, does not use non-impregnated tablets and for 1 year does not impregnate. The second type of infertility is when a couple is not able to have the second child, after having one child".
