The Constitutional Court rejected the appeal of Narine Mkrtchyan who put her candidacy for the RA presidential elections, but was not registered. Note that she considered that electoral pawn of 8 million dram is discrimination towards the candidates which is unconstitutional. It contradicts the Article "Each person can elect and be elected".
