"The results of election are evident to me. Serzh Sargsyan was not elected, defeated Raffi Hovannisian, I have no doubt. Yes, maybe Serzh Sragsyan has provided votes, but how, this is the question. I'm convinced all the votes have been provided with electoral bribes, threats, with the usage of the administrative resources or criminal elements.
The first resident noted with regret that the international community has blessed Serzh Sargsyan and took him under protection.
"I do not see any interference from the outside world to force Serzh to review the results of this election, there is no such thing. On the contrary, I get absolutely another impression at least from the West. I know little about Russia, because they have never expressed, they have never talked about democracy, human rights, freedoms that is why I can not demand anything from them.
And the West night and day keeps talking about legitimacy, democracy, free elections, and every time blesses these disgraceful elections. And what is going on as a result of it? This gangsters' state regime stays and develops.
