Shirak Governor tendered resignation?

Governor of Shirak marz (province) Ashot Giziryan is said to have tendered his resignation.

Though Giziryan's press service did not confirm the information, this is the top news discussed in different circles in Shirak.

Presidential candidate Raffi Hovannisian reportedly won in Shirak marz in the February 18 presidential election.
