RA presidential candidate epos expert Vardan Setrakian will make a statement on the elections after the CEC's presentation of the final data.
"I can not say nothing now, I'm in hospital", - Vartan Setrakian informed "A1+". He is in "Mikaelyan" hospital with liver problems.
According to the preliminary data, Vardan Setrakian has 6203 votes or 0, 42%.
Mr. Sedrakian during the entire campaign noted that he would receive 81 % of the votes but now he only said: "The election results show that they have made fan of the whole Armenian nation".
CEC will announce the results till next Monday.
According to the preliminary information, Serzh Sarkisyan was declared a winner and the second place has the chairman of the "Heritage" party Raffi Hovhannisyan.
