Election commission starts work with delay

The election commission at Precinct 28/23 stationed in Abovyan city, Kotayk marz, started its work later than the time prescribed by law.

As the Chair of the Capacity and Development for Civil Society NGO, Lusine Simonyan reports the commission members were unable to open the door of the polling station due to technical reasons. The commission started its work with a delay of around 20 minutes.
