An observer from the Civil Society Institute NGO reported about violations in Yerevan Avan district. At Precinct 1/6, the observer found a crack in a ballot box from which it could be possible to insert a ballot.
The chairman of the election commission explained that all the members had checked the boxes and similar boxes might be found at other precincts as well.
