The presidential contender Arman Melikyan will not perform his civic duty on February 18.
"I personally will not vote because the elections are rigged. More than one million voters have emigrated but that fact is hidden in order to promote the falsification", - explains the presidential candidate.
Arman Melikayne does not exclude that he will congratulate to the winning candidate.
"I will congratulate to the winner but not for being elected but for occupying chair of position", - said Mr. Melikyan.
Due to him the post-election developments will be more complicated and painful.
By the way, during these elections Arman Melikyan has changed his opinion about the journalists.
"At first I thought that our journalists are limited, but now I see that they are free enough", - said the candidate.
