Presidential candidate Raffi Hovannisian is sure of his victory in the February 18 election.
"For the first time in 20 years we shall have de jure presidency and if people go to the polls, we are sure to win on February 18," Hovhannisian said during a meeting with journalists.
The candidate did not rule out that the authorities might resort to ‘Plan B,' i.e. distribute electoral bribe and organize double voting. To exclude election fraud, Mr Hovannisian will visit from one precinct to another and ‘if he happens to catch anyone in flagrante that person will undoubtedly be made accountable.'
Raffi Hovannisian urges Serzh Sargsyan to disperse the atmosphere of fear, money and threat. and if the incumbent president who is left without his trump cards - bribe, threat and fear - does not win in the first or second round of the election, Raffi Hovannisian is ready to console him.
"It will be neither defeat nor victory for Serzh Sargsyan. Rather, it will be a pledge for building a democratic, legitimate and constitutional country," said Mr Hovannisian.
