Incumbent president Serzh Sargsyan holds the absolute leading position among the eight candidates running in February's presidential election, says political analyst Garnik Isagulyan.
"It is pointless to blame anyone for this. The fault lies with the political forces that bowed out of the presidential race," he said.
At the same time, Mr Isagulyan disagrees with the opinion that Serzh Sargsyan is employing administrative resources and television.
"The other presidential candidates are given more airtime than Serzh Sargsyan. TV companies are trying to meet international standards," he said.
