Heads of Armenian, Azerbaijani delegations meet in Strasbourg

Jean-Claude Mignon, President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), met on Tuesday evening with heads of the Armenian and Azerbaijani delegations to PACE, Davit Harutyunyan and Samed Seidov.

No more information is available regarding the results of the meeting.

The winter session will run through January 24.
