The official website (serzhsargsyan.am) of presidential candidate Serzh Sargsyan is already operating.
On the frontpage of the website you can see Serzh Sargsyan standing with his back to the public.
In the section Election Headquarters Serzh Sargsyan is smiling, showing [with his personal example] that everything is going to be all right.
In the section Biography Mr Sargsyan is probably in his workplace, sitting safely and in Information Center he is standing on a platform and addressing a meeting.
A separate section is dedicated to First Lady Rita Sargsyan who is portrayed with a disabled child. Both the First Lady and the boy are smiling; probably they feel equally good.
One of the catchy things on the site is the words "Homeland is everything for me" written by composer Albert Abgaryan, who wrote Sargsyan's campaign song lyrics.
"You should ask yourself every day what I have done for my country," says the song.
A question arises here: what does Serzh Sargsyan have to do with all this?
For example, if I try to ask myself what I have done for my country, perhaps I shall be unable to answer the question and in that case I may rely on Serzh Sargsyan to do something for my country. But if it is a personal responsibility, then what is the use of holding elections, what is the use of launching this website (serzhsargsyan.am) and why does Serzh Sargsyan seek to be re-elected as president? Like most of my compatriots, I want to see the rule of law established in the country, I want to free my country from oligarchs. What is the use of presenting Serzh Sargsyan's liabilities in a video?
"Our efforts to create a comfortable environment for business will be continuous and consistent," one can read in the section Election Programs. This resembles a threat rather than a pledge for a better life.
In the section Biography on will learn that Serzh Sargsyan was born in Tegh village in Stepanakert. It is interesting to know which phase of his life Mr Sargsyan spent in the village.
