Raffi Hovannisian, the founding leader of the opposition Heritage party, has left for France, the party's press service reports.
On January 16, the former foreign minister of Armenia is scheduled to deliver a speech on "Armenia's Present and Future" at the Samuel Murat Cultural Hall in Paris.
