Levon Ter-Petrosyan is the only acceptable presidential candidate for the opposition Armenian National Congress (HAK), Armenia's former prime minister and an MP of the HAK, Hrant Bagratyan, said on Nov. 2.
At the same time, he says that the issue is ‘very delicate' for the opposition bloc members and he is not aware of Ter-Petrosyan's final decision.
"Now we are waiting for Ter-Petrosyan to take a final decision," he said.
With regard to HAK's cooperation with the Prosperous Armenia Party (BHK), Mr Bagratyan said they are cooperating on some minor issues.
The HAK official today compared the 2013 budget with a birthday cake which turns out to be tasteless after cutting. He declined to speak about the draft document, promising to present all his proposals and observations in written form.
