The Armenian-French Business Club addressed a letter to Armenia's Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan in connection with the World Bank's "Doing Business Report 2013."

"The WB's report shows considerable progress in Armenia's business sector, as the country has improved its positions by eighteen points, coming 32nd amongst 185 countries in the WB ratings. The Armenian-French Business Club is happy with the news and congratulates you on the results. In this success we see the fruits of the reforms which your government is already materializing. This success is a serious encouragement for Armenia to accelerate the implementation of these reforms, and to stir up the interest of foreign investors towards the country.

The French enterprises that have joined our ranks will spare no effort and energy to contribute to the growth of Armenia's economy. The Armenian-French Business Club will assist in evaluating Armenia's progress by the European Union and our colleagues in France," reads the letter which is signed by Armand Pinarbasi, President of the Armenian-French Business Club, and Henri Renaud, French Ambassador to Armenia.
