The newly-elected mayor of Armenia's second largest city of Gyumri, Samvel Balasanyan, today invited architects to the City Council to speak about the ‘catastrophic state' in the city.
The interlocutors discussed issues related to architecture-related issues, including the architectural standards of building facades.
Samvel Balasanyan advised the architects to find a common language and elect a chief architect.
