AIM Leader: Armenian authorities neglect Artsakh

02:46 pm | October 17, 2012 | Politics

Speaking about Artsakh people's right to self-determination and conducting negotiations instead of Artsakh, Armenian authorities are actually neglecting Artsakh, says Chairman of Union for National Self-Determination (AIM).

"In 1990-1988, a provincial manager happened to become Armenia's Prime Minister and later President. With this status, he continued to think that Artsakh is the center of the world and Armenia is a country outside Artsakh, with its sole mission being to offer support to Artsakh," said Paruyr Hayrikyan.
