Prosecutor General Aghvan Hovsepyan filed today an application to the National Assembly, requesting permission to involve the deputy of the RA National Assembly Vartan Oskanyan as an accused person in the criminal case invwestigated by the Investigation Department of the RA National Security Service, spokeswoman for the Prosecutor General Sona Truzyan told A1+.
She said that at the moment the matter concerns Oskanyan's involvement as an accused. The application doesn't raise the issue of preventive punishment.
