This is a difficult moment for Armenia. I regret that some people have damaged the peace process, European Commissioner for Enlargement and European Neighborhood Policy Stefan Fule stated today, when commenting on the extradition and pardon of the Azerbaijani murderer Ramil Safarov.
According to him, this should not affect the peace process.
