Armenia's National Assembly has adopted in second reading the amendments to the NA regulations.

Armen Rustamyan, a lawmaker from the Armenian Revolutionary Federation-Dashnaktsutyun, said his party would abstain from voting on the bill though they voted against the package in first reading.

"I see progress," said NA Speaker Hovik Abrahamyan.
Nikol Pashinyan, a lawmaker from the Armenian National Congress (HAK), noted that the Public TV of Armenia (H1) did not broadcast yesterday's question and answer session of the National Assembly and Government in full, which is a violation of the regulations.

Minutes later, HAK Secretary Aram Manukyan said that he could not hear Deputy Finance Minister Vardan Aramyan who was reporting on the bill on amending the law on Funded Pensions.

"We are all normal people here. I have already called for silence. You, there, you are making too much noise. If you want to discuss something, go to your offices and talk there. Do not violate our modesty," said Hovik Abrahamyan.
