In parallel with the recount of votes in electoral district No 34, new developments are taking place.

Since the early morning several candidates for the Council of Elders have been complaining within and outside the polling station. In their words, when they entered the polling station in the morning, they saw that the bags and envelopes for the ballot papers to be recounted were open.

After they complained that the bags were open and the envelopes were not stamped, members of the commission of the electoral district No 34 invited a group of policemen. With the help of policemen, they forced the former candidates for the Council of Elders and their supporters to leave the polling station and continued to recount the votes behind closed doors.
