We must not frustrate the regional security, Artak Zakaryan, Chairman of the NA Standing Committee on Foreign Relations, said when explaining Armenian authorities' decision not to recognize NKR independence after Azerbaijani officer Ramil Safarov's extradition and pardoning.
He says Safarov's issue was constantly included in the agenda of Armenian-Hungarian meetings, with the Armenian side being officially reported that Safarov's extradition is simply impossible.
"We should demand international parliamentary organizations to adopt resolutions condemning the deal between the Hungarian and Azerbaijani authorities," he stressed.
