The Nagorno-Karabakh Republic is the one to blame for Azerbaijan's lack of ability to enter the course of stable development. This was the allegation that the Azerbaijanis fired at the Armenian delegates during the UN Stable Development Summit that kicked off in Rio de Janeiro on June 20.
The Armenian delegates at the government building's press hall mentioned that the Azerbaijanis hadn't missed out on the opportunity to change the essence of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict and disseminate false information.
"They fired allegations about the danger of nuclear weapons in the region from Armenia, the danger of an earthquake and the fires created by Armenia. They also fired allegations that Armenia eliminates the flora and fauna in the region and the historical monuments," said Head of the Department for International Organizations at the RA Ministry of Foreign Affairs Vahram Kazhoyan.
The Azerbaijani side's allegations didn't go unanswered.
The letter that the Armenian side sent in relation to the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict wasn't read due to the end of the UN Summit, but the Armenian side demanded that it be posted on the UN's official website, and this is what caused the Azerbaijanis' indignation.
Head of the Department for International Organizations at the RA Ministry of Foreign Affairs Vahram Kazhoyan explained the following: "The diplomacy was that in that case, Azerbaijan couldn't respond in any way, which they were trying to do, but weren't competent to do."
