Armenia's ex-foreign minister Vartan Oskanian today has been called to the National Security Service (NSS) to give evidence.
"From yesterday's statement issued by the NSS it became known that I am questioned as a suspect rather than a witness. Therefore, I decided to exercise my constitutional right and not to bear evidence," said Vartan Oskanian.
