Gagik Tsarukyan and Serzh Sargsyan had a meeting at Sargsyan's presidential residence. According to our source, during the meeting the leaders of the Republican Party of Armenia (HHK) and Prosperous Armenia Party (BHK) made the final modifications in the coalitional memorandum and specified how many portfolios the BHK would receive.
