Chairperson of the Social-Democrat Hnchakyan Party (SDHK) Lyudmila Sargsyan says Armenia has held the most disgraceful elections.
"We have witnessed all evil practices. First record about election fraud came from Hrazdan and later from every corner of the country. They [authorities] applied every possible method to garner more votes. If during the previous elections they gave 5000 drams for a vote, this time they gave over 20000- 25000 drams per vote," she said.
"But for electoral bribe and the atmosphere of fear, the ruling Republican Party of Armenia (HHK) would have gained 2 percent votes at best," she added.
The chairwoman of the SDHK, which is affiliated with the opposition Armenian National Congress (HAK), was surprised to know that the opposition alliance had received only 7 percent of the total votes.
"They are giving ridiculous figures, HAK has been struggling against the regime for 5 years and has already unmasked the authorities' true face," she stressed.
Lyudmila Sargsyan says they have not considered the issue of rejecting their mandates.
