Armen Matevosyan today was arrested at polling station N 4/27 for distributing electoral bribes for Prosperous Armenia Party (BHK).

Press secretary of the Prosecutor General's Office Sona Truzyan told "A1+" that police found a notebook with the names of voters and 380,000 drams. Truzyan said the case had been sent to the Special Investigative Service, but a criminal case hadn't been instigated yet.

Sona Truzyan added that police had already found two individuals whom Armen Matevosyan had given electoral bribes.

BHK Deputy Naira Zohrabyan told "A1+" that she was unaware of the arrest.

"BHK doesn't distribute electoral bribes. Look for those who distribute them for other political parties and you will find them," said Zohrabyan.
