Leader of the Republican Party of Armenia (HHK) Serzh Sargsyan is due to visit Armenia's Vanadzor city on April 27 as part of his party's election campaign.
The drivers of inter-city minibuses are complaining that they have been ordered to transport passengers free of charge after 3:30 p.m.
In the meantime, the city authorities have been preparing for Serzh Sargsyan's arrival, ‘mending' the central streets, filling hatches, removing garbage and repainting the zebra stripes.
The party's flags are hovering in the city's main streets and can be seen on electricity pillars in Taron and Tavros districts, Helsinki Citizens' Assembly Vanadzor Office reports.
