The Helsinki Citizens Assembly Office in Vanadzor is gathering active youth citizens wishing to be short-term observers in the Lori province (10 observers), Tavush province (28 observers), Shirak province (28 observers) and Kotayk province (28 observers) and Yerevan (28 observers) on the day of the 2012 elections for the National Assembly.
The organization will hold training courses for those observers. The candidates must be non-partisan and are preferred to have experience in participating as observers, proxies and members of commissions in electoral processes.
