Head of Kentron (Center) administrative district Gagik Gyanjumyan handed in his resignation on February 13. A1+'s camera crew was unable to talk to Mr Gyanjumyan since he was not at work during our visit.
"I know nothing about Mr Gyanjumyan's resignation," said Mr Gyanjumyan's secretary.
The other employees were equally surprised to hear about the resignation.
"In the morning Gagik Gyanjumyan came to work as usual. Now he has gone to follow up the snow removal activities," they said unanimously.
