Sharmazanov and Melikyan to observe elections in Russia

Vice-Speaker of the Armenian National Assembly Eduard Sharmazanov and NA MP Gagik Melikyan will leave for Russia to observe the March 4 presidential elections.

They will carry out observation missions in St. Petersburg and Moscow, respectively.
