N. Pashinyan blames arrest on Chief of Armenian Police

Editor-in-chief of Haykakan Zhamanak daily, Nikol Pashinyan blames the arrest of reporter Hayk Gevorgyan on the Chief of Armenian Police Vladimir Gasparyan.
