Clinton sent message to Russian opposition?

Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin blames Hillary Clinton for the protests in Russia.

"The U.S. Secretary of State rushed to criticize the Russian parliamentary elections and viewed them as dishonest and unfair without a conclusion by ODIHR observers and the final results. In her speech, Clinton sent a message to several Russian figures. The latter heard that message and started working with support from the U.S. Department of State," Vladimir Putin announced.

In his speech entitled "At the Pan-Russian Popular Front", the Russian PM proposed to bring those "doing what foreign countries tell them to do" to justice, cites RIA Novosti.
