"I have neither dollar nor dram. Ask those who have plenty of them," head of the Republican Party (HHK) faction Galust Sahakyan said during today's parliamentary briefing speaking on the dollar-dram fluctuations.
Referring to the bill on tax on luxury goods authored by freelance deputy Viktor Dallakyan, Mr. Sahakyan said, "Those who own financial resources should lead a reserved and discreet life."
