Hmayak Hovhannisyan, President of the Union of Political Scientists, hasn't yet submitted a withdrawal of candidacy from the parliamentary race with the election commission of Constituency 10.
Commission chairwoman Silva Markosyan told A1+ that they hadn't received any application from Hmayak Hovhannisyan and learnt about his decision from newspapers.
Hmayak Hovhannisyan informed A1+ that he would personally submit an application on December 28
Thus, three candidates will compete for a parliamentary mandate at Constituency 10 on January 10 - Ara Simonyan, member of the "National Unity" party, David Hakobyan, Leader of the Marxist party and Nikol Pashinyan, chief editor of Haykakan Zhamanak daily.
