On December 25 Armenia's Ombudsman Armen Harutyunyan will present a special report on the right to a fair trial in the Republic of Armenia.
The report is comprised of two sections and has 67 pages.
The first part of the report is devoted to equality and competition of parties during legal proceedings and the second part highlights fair investigation into cases of property disputes.
