Gor Ghazaryan, a 20 year-old conscript in Armenia, was fatally wounded by an Azerbaijani bullet on February 19.
The NKR Defense Army is grieving over the loss of the soldier and expresses its support to victim's family and relatives.
It says the relevant bodies are probing into the tragic incident along the line of contact between Azerbaijani and Karabakh armed forces.
