On October 31, President of the Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Republic Bako Sahakyan signed a decree to appoint Karen Gharayan head of the NKR Court of Appeal, terminating his authorities as the judge of the NKR Supreme Court," Artsakh President's Press Office reports.
