The 14th summit of the International Organization of the Francophonie (IOF) adopted a final resolution on the settlement of crisis situations and reinforcement of peace, in which IOF member states express their full support to the efforts of the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs towards the settlement of the Karabakh conflict.
"We call on all parties to the conflict to refrain from the use of force and threat of force, which can jeopardize the peace process. We also urge the sides to continue the negotiations on the basis of the proposals of the Minsk Group Co-chairs, namely non-use of force or the threat of force, territorial integrity, equality of peoples and their right to self-determination," reads the resolution
